Windmill Playground construction began on Monday, May 14, continuing until the grand opening on Sunday, May 20. A dedication and grand opening ceremony is planned for May 20 that will celebrate the Town’s first community-build project! They still need volunteers to step forward and lend a helping hand. You don’t have to be an accomplished builder or a skilled carpenter either. If you can hold a hammer, drive a nail, saw a board or dig a hole, they can use you! Unskilled but enthusiastic helpers are highly valued and will be very much appreciated. 
So, even if you’ve never built a house, a treehouse, a birdhouse or even a dollhouse, they can still use you this week! Visit www.windmillplayground.com and sign up for one or two shifts. They will feed you and promise you’ll walk away with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment!
