Italian Pork Chop
Ingredients:
4 – 5 Pork Chops
4 – 5 T Italian Dressing
4 – 5 T Flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 to 1/2 C canola oil
1 – 15oz can or jar of spaghetti sauce
5 slices Swiss cheese
Directions: Mix flour, salt and pepper and drench pork chops in mixture. In large skillet, cook pork chops on medium high heat thoroughly in canola oil (about 5 – 6 minutes per side). Once done, take pork chops out of the skillet and place in a baking dish. Place 4 – 5 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce on each pork chop. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove pork chops from the oven. Place one slice of cheese on each chop. Return to oven about 2 – 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and serve.
